Mark wants the zero tolerance policy enforced.   Then on the topic of US Congressman Fred Keller (R-12th, Kreamer) being a changed man in Washington DC, Joe says 'no' but Mark says there are remarkable changes.  On impeachment, we hear the lament, unfair, closed door hearings are wrong, etc.
