Doug Richard, Marriage and Family Therapist, Clinical Director and Co-Owner of Rooted Relational Therapy, Morgan Richard, Marriage and Family Therapist and Co-Owner of Rooted Relational Therapy, and Susan Decker, Licensed Professional Counselor, on our mental health and the holidays, coping with stress, Seasonal Affective Disorder, and ‘holiday dread.’  We’ll also discuss an effort mental health in general and the local start a fund so that people who would not otherwise be able to afford therapy services can receive them at low or no cost.
