She’ll discuss the various local libraries in Northumberland County which will be holding special programming that day and featuring special guests. Local libraries participating include Montgomery House Library, Degenstein Community Library, Shamokin/Coal Township Public Library, Mount Carmel Public Library, Priestley-Forsyth Memorial Library, Milton Public Library, and Ralpho Township Public Library.
