Bob Garrett, President and CEO, Greater Susquehanna Valley Chamber of Commerce (or another leader/representative of the chamber), on the closure of the Country Cupboard restaurant and gift shop. We’ll get hisreaction to the closure, his observation on the reasons for closing (worker shortage, food cost inflation, COVID impact et. al), and what impact this may have on the region. We’ll ask if we’ll we see more restaurant/hospitality closures like this, and what’s the bright side for the workers (there is a worker shortage everywhere else).
