Harry Campbell, Chesapeake Bay Foundation, Pennsylvania Executive Director, on the latest report about the health of the bay. While most of the indicators are backsliding, there is some progress to report and lots of efforts underway to stem the time. While record rainfalls were part of the problem, he’ll discuss the other setbacks we can control, as well as the huge sediment load which is nearly, completely controllable.
