Lynn Pierson, Assistant Director for Community Service, Bucknell University, and Kyle Bray, Assistant Director for Service-Learning at Bucknell, on the upcoming Empty Bowls fundraiser for the hot meal program, Community Harvest in Milton. The meal is March 7, from 11:30am to 2pm and again 4pm to 7:30pm in the Elaine Langone Center at Buckell. We talk about the growing problem of food insecurity in The Valley, the many works of Bucknell students and staff, and how Empty Bowls brings together multiple communities to end hunger.
