Mark Lawrence and Joe McGranaghan argue about the need for the electoral college. Some democratic presidential candidates, including Beto O'Rourke, want to eliminate or modify the EC. Joe argued vehemently that it remains a genius way to give proportionality to small states. Mark argued for a one man-one vote system that isn't so favorable for the GOP.
