Tim Schaeffer, Executive Director, Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission on the funest (?) day of the year for many people—the first day(s) of trout fishing in Pennsylvania. We’ll talk about the Mentored Youth Trout Day last Saturday, the opening day next Saturday April 1st, the gazillion new trout now living in the PA streams, the increase in costs and the license increases, plus how and where to buy licenses.
