Mark Lawrence and Joe McGranaghan host US Congressman Fred Keller (R-12th, Kreamer, Pa.) talked about the latest COVID-19 actions by the federal government, the rollout of the CARES funding and loans, the Federal Bureau of Prisons 'swamp' that needs to be drained.
