Mark Lawrence and Ben Reichley host US Senator Pat Toomey (R-Pa. Sen), on his view on the best way to restart the state, his ‘PA Starts Up Safely’ plan.  We talked about his plan to restart the state’s economy ASAP, get more testing and keep working with the governor to get PA out of the yellow and into the green.
