Tea Jay Aikey, Executive Director, Central Pennsylvania Chamber of Commerce, and Will Greiner, Plant Manager, Strong Spas, on hiring second chance employees (individuals who have been incarcerated) and an inspirational quote he offers about dismissing people without a hearing or a second chance. Tea Jay says, “Businesses are searching desperately for gimmicks to attract employees but are missing out on talented people by often defining them by the worst decision they have ever made in their life.”

She will also discuss the chamber’s upcoming B & E Golf Tournament, Friday, June 24 at the Bucknell Golf Club, the Seminar/Training series continues with CommonGoods and the Business One-Stop Shop (she’ll explain), and the tremendous output and reach of the CPCC.  As always, supply chain, worker shortage, inflation and gas prices are talked about.
