Mark Lawrence and Joe McGranaghan host Robert Buehner, Retired Montour County District Attorney, current volunteer Assistant District Attorney in Montour County, Judicial District 26 Special Hearing Officer, adjunct professor of Criminal Justice at Westminster College, and municipal police educator, on the legal questions which arise following the recent shooting in Snyder County. We’ll talked about the investigative work of a DA at a crime scene, the good-the bad-and the ugly regarding PFA’s, and citizen involvement in law enforcement.
