8/10/22 WKOK Sunrise: Angela Haines and Jeremy Hoffman on the upcoming Y to Y challenge, the growing Mifflinburg YMCA and their other great programs

Angela Haines, Director, Mifflinburg YMCA Center, and Jeremy Hoffman is the Youth Program Coordinator at the Mifflinburg YMCA on the upcoming Y to Y Challenge, the purpose of the race, where proceeds benefit, and the other many activities and services at the Mifflinburg Y. We’ll ask, why have a Y at all, how children and adults significantly benefit from a YMCA and how the whole community is better off with Y coverage. Jeremy will talk about his ‘Teen Leaders Club,’ which is for 6th-9th grade students to have fun, learn and develop leadership skills and volunteer in our community. The Mifflinburg YMCA is part of the Greater Susquehanna Valley YMCA.
