He won the 85th district special election and talks about his goals in Harrisburg, how he'll represent individuals with whom he disagrees, and several key issues. Then during open phones, Al suggested property owners get a tax break after a number of years and can stop paying exorbitantly high property taxes for life. We talked about reassessment, tax-free non-profits, and other tax giveaways.
