It’s at the Route 15 Flea Market, at Silvermoon complex, 10am to noon, drive-through parade at the Silver Moon Flea Market (Community members should enter at Silver Moon Lane off of Ziegler Road. If traffic is already backed up onto Ziegler Road, you will be directed to the Kelly Township Municipal Building parking lot and turn around to be place in line from there).
