Heather A. Wolf LeBlanc, Coordinator, Bucknell Institute for Lifelong Learning (BILL), Bucknell University, and Karen Payne, chair of the BILL Communications committee,  on the Bucknell Institute for Life Long Learning. They’ve been having a huge, but quiet impact on our Valley for a long time, now we’ll find out who teaches these non-credit courses, who takes them, and what topics and special events are scheduled for the fall session beginning in mid-September.
