Marc Stier, Director, Pennsylvania Budget and Policy Center, on the state budget talks (primarily behind closed doors), but we know raising the minimum wage, a tax decrease and Restore PA have been talked about. Additionally, discussions about the Rainy Day Fund, education funding and money for new voting machines, have all be brought up. This progressive group has some good ideas, some with bi-partisan support.
